Highway Agencies Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Saskatchewan Trucking Association (STA). In 1955 the STA purchased an existing small insurance brokerage in Regina, a move that created Highway Agencies.  Expansion took place in early 2006 when Highway Agencies purchased a well established Saskatoon brokerage.  Through the expansion, Highway Agencies Ltd. became one of the largest brokerages in the province.
